I have been a shamanic practitioner and teacher for 15 years. In the past year, I have been most honored to become faculty for The Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I live in Bainbridge Island, WA. Moms RUN This Town (MRTT) is a running club for moms to support and motivate you in your running journey! It doesn't matter if you are a walker or a runner.... someone who has never raced before or a marathoner... a mom to humans or a mom to pets... We just want to surround you with like-minded women who have a passion for staying healthy!! We welcome mamas from all over Kitsap county.

My Airedale, Cheddar Pancakes, is the main reason for the creation of this group. While we enjoy exploring the island on our own, we would love to meet other dog/owner pairs to share our outings with. Together, with our amazing dogs, we hike, socialize downtown, bbq, celebrate dog birthdays, attend various island/off-island events, etc. This group is for dog owners that would like to explore and enjoy the island in the great company of other friendly, social dogs and their owners.
